We built Le Claires because we wanted our work to actually mean something.

Between us we'd spent years in the corporate world - big budgets, global reach, and strategies that looked great in boardrooms.

But the further up we got, the further we got from the thing that made it interesting in the first place.

Real businesses. Real impact. Work you could actually see doing something.

So we came to Cambridge and started over.

Holly Le Claire

Co-Founder & Creative Director

Holly spent years as a merchandiser before moving into marketing - which means she thinks like a trader, not just a creative. She understands how products move, how customers make decisions, and how to build marketing that actually connects the two. She's direct, she doesn't do waffle, and she's quietly one of the most commercially sharp people in the room. If you're not growing the way you should be, she'll find out why faster than anyone else.

Dominic Le Claire

Co-Founder & CEO

Dom brings 20+ years across business development, digital marketing and eCommerce, and a deep discomfort with marketing that exists just to look busy. He's working on not being the loudest voice in the room - but when he does talk, it's usually worth listening to. He's the one who'll get into your numbers, find what's actually going on, and refuse to pretend otherwise.
